Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer — contact us first and we will send you the return instructions. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition.

Damaged, wrong, or misprinted items

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you will not need to return the item.

How to start a return

Email us at mohamedkherachi@gmail.com with your order number, and we will reply with the return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need a few business days to process and post the refund.
